Cenna | Director/Editor

Cenna Wilkerson is a triple threat: she shoots, directs, and edits. Whether behind the lens or in the edit suite, her eye is on the engaging, the new. With design skills as well, Cenna created the graphic title sequence for It Was the Music, and some remarkable cinema verité for the series. Artistically talented, technically sophisticated, she QC’s everything we do. Current projects include editing the feature doc Art Stops Here and helming Sense of Urgency, a film about what it takes to survive cancer.

Steve | Producer/Director

“I have an idea.” Steve Carey says this a lot. In many major markets, Steve is a go-to producer, director and writer. Grounded, humorous, he’s worked shoots of all kinds: commercial, corporate, documentary, independent film, and music videos. It’s led to collaborations with some of the best people in the industry.

Lisa Cabanel_edited_2.jpg

Lisa | Media Buyer

Lisa Cabanel is one of the premier spot buyers,  negotiating the most targeted and efficient buys for commercial campaigns.  She freelances for us (her main gig is The Campaign Group). Buying media in all fifty states gives Lisa a great advantage when it comes to national and regional contacts and experience, of which we love to take advantage.

Marshall Evans.jpeg

Marshall | Producer/Director

Many years producing and directing TV commercials makes it natural for Marshall Evans to think of a project as a whole. He excels in broadcast work, the details of casting—from celebrities to your next door neighbors—set design and performance. That planning makes the most of time and budget - all to make the most of the message.

Dane_biopic.jpg

Dane | Director of Photography

Like other members of the team, Dane Smith is a true filmmaker. He excels as a Director of Photography and is the first call for many production companies, including ours. He’s been behind the lens, and the light, for countless productions we’ve done, from political and healthcare commercials to music videos and feature documentaries.

Lief_bio_edited.jpg

Lief | Producer

Lief Laible is the newest and youngest part of the team, so of course he is the resident technologist. More importantly, Lief combines creative insight with the talent to get things done. Having joined us during the 2018 Midterm Election cycle as an assistant editor and PA, he’s quick to take on responsibility and now wears many hats, including producer (Art Stops Here), editor, and web designer.

Colleen | Coordinating Producer

Colleen Atchley has been side by side with Mark for more than ten years. While she can handle the boom, or pull focus and swap lenses, her most important ability is to talk with people at all walks of life and gain access to places and people when all else fails. For the kind of true-to-life work we do, this is invaluable.

Erin-Finucane(1).jpg

Erin | Producer

The producer of Slum Runners (in production), Erin Finucane is a social change strategist and storyteller. Over the last 15 years, she has led international campaigns to change hearts, minds, and policy, including historical wins that secured billions in funding. She holds a master’s degree in international peace studies from Trinity College Dublin in Ireland, is a marathon runner, and a former NCAA Division 1 track and field athlete.
